I had a wonderful customer service experience with Flower Allie. I called on a Sunday in hopes to have flowers to my family delivered that afternoon. They customer service rep shared that they did not deliver on Sunday. I had called a few other florists prior, and they said the same and just told me to call back to order, BUT Flower Allie told me they were so sorry they couldn't help and proceeded to share who might be able to deliver Sunday. I decided right then to wait for Monday and order with Flower Allie! And I'm so glad I did! The arrangement I was told, was stunning!!! Highly recommend them for quality customer service and product!!!
